Delete your ClubBoard account

Delete directly from the app

1. Open ClubBoard — Team Manager and sign in.
2. Open More, then Account and security.
3. Select Delete account and personal data.
4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

If you own a shared club, you may need to transfer ownership before deletion so other members do not lose access.

Request assistance

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your ClubBoard or Discord account. Include your Discord user ID if available. Never send your password, authentication code or access token.

What deletion covers

Account deletion removes the account profile, active sessions, club memberships and associated device access. Shared club records may remain only where needed for other members, legal obligations, security or limited backup recovery, with personal identifiers removed or anonymized where reasonably possible.
